COVID-19 Update

Update 3rd June -

We are noticing improvements in transit times. We are also now able to offer Same-Day Shipping on all orders placed by 12pm EST Daily. We still do recommend upgrading to Fedex or USPS Express as the delays seem to effect First Class/Priority most. Thank you for your patience & stay safe!

Update 6th May -

We continue to see extreme delays w/ USPS First Class, Priority & Express shipping. We have been notified that due to backlogs at processing plants many packages will sit for days before being scanned & moved through the system. We can assure you that we are doing everything possible to get packages out quickly but unfortunately once they are with USPS we no longer can control how long it will take. Fedex seems much more reliable at this time so we strongly suggest this option for packages you need ASAP.

For this reason we've gone ahead and reduced Fedex 3-Day to $9.99 at this time. Also for orders $149+ just select 'Free Shipping' & leave an order note requesting an upgrade to Fedex. 

Update 22nd April -

We're temporarily reducing the cost of USPS Priority & USPS Express Services to help speed up delivery time. Despite seeing delays across services we are noticing USPS First Class is especially slow. Please only use this service if you are not in a hurry.

Update 16th April - 

USPS Delays throughout the USA. Please be advised we're now estimating the following transit times:

USPS First Class - 7-12 Business Days

USPS Priority - 6- 8 Business Days

USPS Express - 2-3 Business Days


Update 10th April - 

We can no longer guarantee same day shipping. We are doing our best in the current environment but shipments may be delayed up to 3 business days.


We know how important our products are to the daily lives of customers everywhere. Despite the extreme increase in orders we are doing everything possible to remain fully stocked of your favorites herbs & botanicals. We're also following CDC guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of our facility, staff & valued customers during this time.

Due to the volume of orders we’ve been receiving, you may experience a delay in packages being shipped & delivered so we kindly ask for your patience. We have been notified by USPS, Fedex, & UPS to expect delays in transit times. So we'd strongly recommend customers upgrading their shipping when timely delivery is urgent.
