I suffer from chronic pain due to lumbar fusion that didn't heal correctly. I read about the Akuamma Seed and it's benefits. I also read how very bitter they can be. Finding these capsules at this price has been fantastic. I take two first thing in the morning and they begin working within 30 minutes. My pain level goes from a seven to a one (sometimes zero). There have been no adverse side effects. These capsules also help me relax. I highly recommend this product. You will not be sorry.
